We ship worldwide from Shenzhen, China. Freight is quoted with your order.

Carriers

DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT express for small parcels; air freight and sea freight for large orders.

How shipping cost works

Shipping cost depends on weight, parcel size and destination. The price shown on the website does not include freight. For an order, tell us the products, quantities and delivery address and we will send a formal quote in USD that includes the freight. As a rough guide, a small parcel of belts and pulleys by express starts at about 15 USD; please ask for the exact figure for your order.

Processing and delivery

In-stock items are sent from our Shenzhen warehouse. Made-to-order items are produced by partner factories in China, so lead time is longer; we confirm the time in the quote. Express delivery usually takes about 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes of the destination country are paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise in the quote.
